Job Description
Bon’s Barricades is actively seeking hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded individuals to join our Traffic Control Flagging Team.
Work Schedule
Applicants must be available to work one or both shifts, Monday–Sunday:
• Morning: 4:45 AM – 1:15 PM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Job Requirements
- Arrive at the assigned job site on time.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Speak and communicate effectively in English.
- Follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely.
- Guide traffic to designated staging areas and loading/unloading ramps.
- Open and close access gates by moving traffic cones or plastic traffic drums.
- Communicate with ferry crews by two-way radio regarding loading sequence.
- Lift and carry heavy objects when necessary.
- Work safely outdoors in various weather conditions.
